You already know that in this IT project you´re going to create your own PowerPoint presentation about the current top three films.
Don´t panic! Just follow these easy steps:
1. Form groups of two to five students.
2. Find the current top three movies in the box office. Try to find a picture that
goes with each movie. You find that info at:
- Internet Movie Data Base.
- Images.
3. Then, use the adjective “popular” to rank the three movies. Use both
comparative and superlative forms.
4. Now, use the adjective “interesting” to compare the same three movies.
This is YOUR opinion! Use this websites to do your research:
- Internet Movie Data Base.
- Films.
5. Next, choose three actors or actresses from the movies that you reviewed
or any artist that you like and compare them using:
– Three adjectives.
– Comparative and superlative forms.
– Don’t forget to find images of the actors / actresses. You can have a look at:
- Hollywood Popular Culture.
- Movie Actors.
6. The final task is to create an avatar representing any person known to the rest
of the class (a celebrity, a classmate or even you). You´ll have to describe him /her to the class and they will guess his / her identity.
You can create avatars at:
- Simpsonize me.
- South Park.
- Biboz.
- Voki Speaking Avatars.
7. Finally, present your project to the rest of the class!
